Elio's B Pack - 6 Weeks Old
Hard to believe the puppies are already 6 weeks old! Time sure flies when there are fourteen little ones to train and love on. Feels like yesterday we were helping Elio birth them; now they are just two weeks away from being ready to go to their homes and we couldn't be more proud! Elio’s B Pack - 4 Weeks Old
The puppies are four weeks old, and boy oh boy have they changed in the past 2 weeks! Their eyes and ears have all opened! They sure are finding their voices now that they can hear each other. They’re up and walking now and have even managed to get out of their whelping area a time or two. They did very well with their first play time in our living room. Puppies Galore!
Twas the day after Christmas when all through the house…all the dogs were stirring because Elio went into labor! Over the course of 6 hours, Elio gave birth to FOURTEEN healthy puppies! Our disbelief over the number of puppies is quickly overcome by joy as we listen to their sweet squeals. I Spy… How Many Puppies?
Elio’s due date is quickly approaching and we couldn’t be more excited for the chance of Christmas puppies! We are officially less than a week from having puppies—Elio will go onto puppy watch shortly. She had her official X-ray a few days ago and now begins the count to see just how many puppies she’ll have. We also like making guesses on the number of colors and gender.
